Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and a commitment to providing high-quality grooming services. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of pets while delivering exceptional grooming experiences that leave both pets and their owners satisfied.

Duties

Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling of various breeds of dogs and other pets.
Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin to determine appropriate grooming techniques.
Handle animals safely and comfortably during grooming sessions, ensuring their well-being at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area, including tools and equipment.
Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets' grooming needs and any observed health issues.
Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their concerns or requests.
Stay updated on grooming trends, techniques, and best practices to enhance service quality.

Experience
Candidates should possess experience or skills in the following areas:

Veterinary technician or veterinary assistant experience is a plus.
Proficiency in dog handling and animal care, including animal restraint techniques.
Knowledge of dog training methods is desirable.
Familiarity with equine care can be beneficial but is not required.
Experience working in a kennel or similar environment is advantageous.
