Associate Store Manager
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and meet sales targets
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure adherence to operational standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Manage store budget and expenses effectively
Skills:
- Strong mathematical skills for managing inventory, sales, and financial reports
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues over the phone
- Strong administrative skills for managing paperwork, scheduling, and record keeping
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge’s of retail market trends and consumer behavior
- Exceptional time management skills to ensure efficient store operations
