Are you a pet lover with a knack for customer service? Woof Gang Bakery is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and passionate team member to join our store! If you enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced environment surrounded by adorable pets and their owners, this job is for you!

What You’ll do:

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every pet and pet parent feels welcome
• Assist customers in finding the best products for their furry friends
• Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting for all guests
• Ring up sales, answer phones, and schedule grooming appointments
• Educate pet parents on nutrition, treats, and pet care
• Work alongside groomers and team members to keep operations running smoothly
• Help with walk-in nail trims, bathing, and assisting groomers when needed
• Participate in store events, promotions, and community activities

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for dogs
• Must be 18 or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent
• A positive, can-do attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work weekends and mid-day shifts (9 AM - 7 PM)
• Reliable, punctual, and a great multitasker
• Comfortable handling animals, including large dogs
• Retail experience, pet nutrition knowledge, or animal care experience is a plus!

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and move up to 50 lbs (helping with pet food, supplies, and pets!)
• Stand for extended periods and perform bending, stooping, and kneeling
• Confident in handling and assisting with animals when needed
