Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming South Chandler is looking for Professional, Friendly, & Motivated Pet Groomers with previous grooming experience to join our “Woof Pack” at our brand new Chandler, AZ location! The ideal candidate will have a profound love for animals, outstanding customer service, and attention to detail. Groomers are hired as W-2 employees and are completely commission-based. We are 100% locally owned and operated.

Compensation: $60k – $100k (We offer 50% Commission + tips)

Woof Gang Bakery prides itself on high-quality grooms focusing on the details in a one-on-one atmosphere. Professional Grooming experience is required. If selected for consideration, a portfolio of your work will be requested.

Dog Groomer Requirements:

· A minimum of 1 year experience with all breeds

· Dog Bathing experience

· Willing to groom several dogs a day

· Groom animals utilizing techniques which vary depending on type of hair, coat, breed, and owner instructions; bathe and dry animals, perform pedicures, and clean ears

· Recommend retail products that would aid in home grooming care and general well-being of pets

· Groomers will check-in and talk to all pet parents at drop-off and pick-up.

· Groomers are responsible for their tools & tools maintenance as well as keeping their work area clean and organized.

Dog Groomer Qualifications:

· 1 year of Pet Stylist/Pet Grooming experience

· Customer Service oriented

· Must maintain a clean and healthy environment for clients.

· Great work ethic, organized and reliable
