Quality over quantity- no overbooking, especially large dogs.
Paid quarterly sharpening.
Continuing education, certification, and competition stipend after 90 days.
Paid CPR and first aid certification
Paid AKC SAFE salon certification
Major holidays off
Flexible schedule
