What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced, client-focused Grooming Salon Manager to lead our talented team at Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Chapel Hill!

In this leadership role, you will work closely with ownership to maintain high grooming standards, create a positive team culture, and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

The ideal candidate has extensive grooming expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for maintaining a supportive, high-performing salon environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate daily with ownership on salon operations, team development, and client satisfaction.

• Manage, mentor, and support a multi-groomer team.

• Maintain high grooming standards and outstanding client service.

• Handle client communications, special requests, and resolve any service issues.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized salon.

• Promote a positive, respectful workplace environment.

• Manage salon supply orders and equipment maintenance.

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional grooming experience, including advanced grooming skills across a wide variety of breeds and styles.

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in a multi-groomer salon environment.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

• Highly organized, adaptable, and client-focused.

• Commitment to fostering teamwork, professionalism, and a positive workplace culture.
